What you're buying

Ceramic mugs — 11 oz White Glossy or Black Glossy — printed on demand by Printful. Every mug is made to order after you pay. There is no warehouse inventory; the mug that ships is the mug printed for you.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. We test two price points across different visitors — you see one of them on your session and that is the price you pay. Stripe processes on behalf of dangerously.coffee, a Canadian merchant.

Shipping & timing

Printful prints and ships from warehouses in the US or EU depending on stock and destination. Expect two to three weeks from order to delivery, including production time. International orders may incur customs duties or import fees levied by the destination country; those are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

Because every mug is custom-printed for a specific order, buyer's-remorse returns are not accepted. If your mug arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a free reprint at no cost to you.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within roughly one hour of placement, before they are sent to Printful for printing. Reply to the order confirmation email to request a cancellation. After that window the mug is in production and cannot be stopped.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price you paid for the mug. We are not liable for delays caused by Printful, carriers, or customs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
